Seniors!! This is for YOU!  I’m so excited about all 3 of these awesome specials.
  The first is a Mini Session Event.  It’s great because you get wonderful photos at a really great price in the form of a short mini session.  All the same great things just a shorter session so you can get back to friends or whatever is important in your life. 

The next special is a full session discounted just because I wanted to! These are called “Uniquely YOU” sessions.   You can also bring friends along for a Group Session! Have fun with your friends while you each get individual photos and a fun group photo. The best thing about it is you get to hang out with your friends and the session is at a great low price!  You  need to hurry and book your session before the time is up and all slots get filled.

2012 Senior Mini Session Event.  $90 gets you a fun session and a disc of 8-10 images with a print release.  Sessions will be held on Jan. 21, 2012.  Please contact me for more info!

I was so excited to schedule this session… not just because the family is just adorable.. but because this lady means so much to me.  She’s my “Nonna” and I’m her “Dee”.  We were created to meet each other but a long time ago we got separated by long distance (even if it was just the next county away.. ).  We had just started high school when my best friend had to move.  It wasn’t far away but when you are only 15  it can be hard to maintain a friendship a county away.  We reconnected when I had my first son.  I called many of her relatives to explain that I was just trying to track down my long lost friend so I could share some good news.  Then social networking came along and we found each other again.  Of course it’s not the same as when we’d stay up late at night gabbing and playing in makeup … or in my backyard being little tomboys but it was a connection. I’m so happy she came down and let me photograph her sweet family, but I just needed to share this photo of her before I finished up her session and post the full sneak peek.

I just adore this little boy.  He is my husbands cousin child.  This is the second time I’ve had a session with him and he just makes it so much fun.  He’s goofy and sweet and very handsome!  L – thanks for being such a cute kid!

These 8 month old twins were just too adorable!  It was my first time to have a session with twins and it was so much fun! Mom & Dad, I hope you enjoy you sneak peek!!

These kids were so sweet.  Little man didn’t want much to do with me but I got a couple of good shots in of him  .  Big brother was all about exploring the woodsy area we were in…  The sweet little girl was just amazing! She was just a  natural in front of the lens!  You guys did great and I had a wonderful time meeting you all! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!!

This is the first of many post you’ll see over the next week.  I enjoyed meeting everyone at the Fall Mini Session event!  I love this time of year , it’s perfect for photo sessions!!  I hope you all enjoy your sneak peeks!  You all looked SO great!!  

I know…  you’ve never seen me post a wedding before.  Well, that’s because I’ve never photographed one!! I was so excited that Frederica and Gene trusted me with their special day.  Light was fighting against us though ( Carla Carter & I) during the wedding ceremony but it was such a beautiful wedding!.  We were basically shooting straight into the sun but I think it all turned out great.  Both bride and grooms family and friends were just so wonderful during “photo time”.  Thanks to everyone for being so patient with me!  Gene & Frederica,  I wish you both the best in life!!  I hope you like your little sneak peek!  ( there will be an updated sneak peek later on , so you’ll get to see more of this beautiful couple:)

I called out for a teen girl for a “yellow” field session (the yellow flowers weren’t as many as I’d hoped though)…    This is the beauty that came out for the session!!  She was so sweet and just adorable.  Okay….  really really pretty too!!   .  Poor thing changed her clothes 3 … times for me I think.  Doesn’t she look so cute though?!  I’m glad to have met her and her sweet mom.  Thanks girls for indulging my photographic whims.   hope you like your photos {K}!

Sandra Hardy Photography is hosting a Cutest Kid Contest! Beginning Wednesday October 26th you will be able to submit a photo of your cutest kid, and the winner will receive a free photo session with Sandra Hardy Photography, as well as 1 8×10, 2 5×7′s, one set of 8 wallets, and 3 digital images to share of your choice. Here are the details:

TO ENTER

* One entry per child

* You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child you enter into the contest

* Child must be 17 years old or younger on the date of entry

* You must have permission/rights to use the photo you enter

*Photo must have been taken in the past 6 months

* Photos will be accepted from 12:01am Wednesday October 26th, 2011 until 11:59pm Monday October 31st, 2011 (CST) via e-mail

* Only photos e-mailed to [sandrahardyphotography@gmail.com] with the Subject line SHP CONTEST during the previously mentioned time will be accepted

* Include your child’s name and age in the e-mail (first name and age will be posted for viewing), as well as your name and contact information

* Contest open to everyone, however if you live outside of a 30 mile radius from Pascagoula, MS , you must choose a location within 30 miles of Pascagoula, MS for your prize shoot, or a travel fee will be charged of 95 cents per mile, each direction, beyond 30

* If you have won a session with Sandra Hardy Photography in the past you are not eligible to win this contest.

HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED

* All entries will be uploaded into an album by Sandra Hardy Photography no later than Thursday November 03, 2011, on the facebook fan page

* To vote for a photo you MUST be a ‘fan’ (or under the new facebook system ‘like’) Sandra Hardy Photography

* Click ‘like’ for the photo you are voting for in the Sandra Hardy Photography album labeled ‘2011 Cutest Kid Contest’ * Photo with the most ‘likes’ will be the winner. Comments permitted, but WILL NOT count towards the total number of votes

This session was rescheduled because of nasty weather but I’m SO glad I got a chance to meet this family.  Mom is due in just a couple of weeks and I didn’t want baby {L} to make her arrival before we could document this special time for Mom, Dad and big sister! As you are about to see, this is a beautiful family.  Mom is just a sweetheart and so  beautiful.  Big sister {S} didn’t need much coaching to love on her little sister to be, and isn’t she just a doll!!  Dad came in a little late due to work but did a great job making Mom relax and laugh.

  I’ve got to tell you this… it’s soooo sweet!  Mom made some sort of comment about the way she thinks she looks.  Dad without hesitation told her this

” I wish you could see yourself the way I see you”

  That was beyond sweet and something I think every expecting woman should hear and believe it when they do hear it.
 I had a great time with you guys and wish your family the best! 

This little guy was just so sweet!  He slept through most of the session and only wet me once… so that’s great for a boy newborn!!  All my kids were born in the 6lb range so when I get a hold of a little one like this it brings back lots of memories    This little guy was born a little prematurely and to the best of my knowledge was exactly 1 month old during this session.  Thanks to Mom & Dad for letting me photography such a precious baby!!

This little sweetie was just 3 days old when we had her session.  She’s just a doll!!  A big THANKS to mom & dad for letting me photograph her at such a young age.  I hope you guys enjoy your sneak peek!
